In Memory of John Quirk By Jean Osmanski Stewardship Thought for the Week

In today’s readings, Saint Paul reminds the Romans-and us-that all things come from God: “For from Him and through Him and for Him all things are.”  Good stewards understand that all is gift and share generously the gifts of time, talent, and treasure with which they’ve been blessed.

"I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Then he strictly ordered his disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ. - Mt 16:19-20

Stewardship Committee News

As many of you are aware, last year St. Ann Parish became a Stewardship Parish. We, as parishioners were given the opportunity to share our time, talents and our treasure. Each week we pray the prayer for Stewardship.  We held our first Stewardship Fair last October and we were overwhelmed with its success. Next month, we will be holding our second Stewardship Fair. As we approach this wonderful event we are looking for new parishioners to join and assist our Stewardship Committee. The Stewardship Committee would like to invite all of you with an interest in serving our parish to our next meeting. This meeting will be held on Monday, August 25th in the Parish Hall, at 7 PM.  Please come to our meeting to see what we are all about. You may find that there is a place for you to share in your time, talent and treasures with us, while having a few good laughs.

Labor Day Holiday

The parish office will be closed on Monday, September 1st for the Labor Day Holiday.
